Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, just like the pictures on the website, but there was loud music from the club below until 4 am most nights. The location was great for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, but not ideal for young kids. The service was helpful, although it required multiple trips for linens during the stay. The dining options offered local dishes but were average. Overall, a convenient place to stay with some drawbacks to consider.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is superb, right next to Notre Dame and the Old Montreal area, offering easy access to great restaurants and bars. However, the lively nightlife nearby might not suit everyone's taste. The rooms were affected by noise from a club playing music until 4 am most nights and the bright morning light, though being above a bar added to the character of the stay.
Despite the initial hiccup with the room not being ready as promised at four o'clock, overall my stay was positive. The location was perfect for exploring Old Montreal and enjoying the Jazz Festival, and the convenience to various attractions and restaurants was a definite highlight. However, the service had some issues with inconsistent communication and access to amenities, but the friendly staff tried their best to assist.
